ResponsibilitiesProgrammatic Account ManagerDeep understanding of programmatic advertisingUnderstanding of the marketing funnel and the associated KPIs per funnel stage: Net reach, engagement, view-through-rate, CTRs, etc to provide insights into campaign performance and recommendations for future campaigns to the planner and/or customer.Good attention to detail and high own standards of workGood Excel working knowledge.Language skills: conversational and written knowledge is mandatory.Focus DSP:Experience Set-up, Management, Optimization and Reporting for online video and display Campaigns in several DSP Platforms: Prio 1: DV360, Adform / Prio 2: The Trade Desk, Xander, AmazonExperience working with budgets, understanding of pacing and the ability to make necessary adjustments as required.Experience in setup of dco campaignsFocus Ad Server2-3 year experience and Knowledge of and experience working with tracking toolsKnowledge of and experience working with ad servers (Prio 1= Adition, Prio 2 Google Campaign Manager / Flashtalking):Creative Upload, Floodlight Attribution Settings, Campaign ManagementExperience with data management / building and integration of audience lists and setup of dco campaignsFocus: Brand Safety & Ad VerificationKnowledge of and experience working with brand safety tools e.G. IAS or DoubleVerify as well as ad verification tools e.G. NielsenQualificationsRequirements-

4 years + experience in a campaign management role in the advertising and online media marketing. Video ad experience is an added advantage.-

Experience using ad serving systems such as DoubleClick Campaign Manager (Google Campaign Manager) and DoubleClick Bid Manager (Google Display & Video 360).-

Knowledge and experience working with 3rd party vendors such as Innovid, Pointroll, Sizmek, etc.-

Basic understanding of pixel and pixel management.-

Familiarity with ad servers, media agencies, web debugging tools (Charles Proxy, Firebug, Fiddler, etc.) a plus.-

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly, as well as good interpersonal skills are required-

Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
