Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to draft the organization's goals and strategy related to organization structure, talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, and key talent retention, and drive execution as per plans
- Manage the employee life cycle end to end
- Deploy policies and processes and work hands-on to build a high-performance organization backed by a strong organizational culture
- Be a trusted coach and HR partner to employees across the organization
- Strengthen the team with the 'right fit' talent acquisition in alignment with business requirements
- Be the point of contact for employee relations and industrial relations matters
- Ensure 100% compliance on all statutory and related requirements
- Ensure 100% compliance on all internal policies and standards
- Build a strong Employer Brand
Apply if you have:
- A Master's Degree in Human Resources from an institution of repute or its equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a start-up, preferably in Apparel/Ecommerce industry
- Subject matter expertise across verticals of HR
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines amidst uncertainties
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for details
- Agility in approach, ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills and passion to learn and grow with the organization
