Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Manager - Recruitments to lead our recruitment division. This role will be pivotal in driving profitability, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of recruitment services. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging technology, including AI, to enhance our recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profit and Loss Management: Oversee the financial performance of the recruitment division, ensuring targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • New Initiatives: Conceptualize and implement innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives that align with market trends and client needs.
  • AI Implementation: Research and integrate AI-driven tools and technologies to streamline recruitment processes and enhance decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in P&L management and business development.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred from Recruitment Agencies and Must have Experience in IT Recruitment (minimum 5 years)
  • Ready to work from office in Pimple Saudagar
