Position: Coordinator – Accounts & Admin

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Contract: Full-time

Open to: Non-tobacco users and individuals not associated with the tobacco industry

About Sambandh Health Foundation (SHF): SHF is a non-profit organization working on public health issues – Mental Health and Public Health, including Tobacco Control - based at Gurugram, Haryana. SHF is headed by a group of highly experienced professionals including three from IIM-A/IIT. SHF is supported by well-known organizations, State Governments and others

Responsibilities: S/he will be responsible for all SHF accounting & administration work.

S/he will carry out:



Accounting, independently, based on good working knowledge of accounting



Issuance of Receipts



Process expense claims and supplier invoices



Salary administration



Petty Cash & Bank transactions, including Bank reconciliation



Purchases of Stationery, Provisions, Services, Assets, etc



Make Travel / Hotel Arrangements



Manage Housekeeping, and other administration tasks



Maintain Records & Documentation

Qualifications: Any CA (Inter) / Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounting.

Experience and Skills:

Essential: Have good working knowledge of Tally accounting system, MS Excel, Word, Email. Good oral and written communication skills.

Desirable: S/he should be able to work within a highly networked team structure, prepare timely reports and should exhibit learning attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.

Compensation offered: CTC starting at Rs 4.50 Lacs.
