Vacancy: Factory Manager - Electrolyser Production Factory in India

Greenzo Energy India Limited is seeking a dedicated Factory Manager to oversee our cutting-edge Alkaline electrolyzer production facility in India. About Us:
Greenzo Energy India Limited is focused on producing cutting-edge Alkaline electrolyzers for the generation of green hydrogen. Our green hydrogen solutions are positioned as clean and inexhaustible energy carriers, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy. With a commitment to sustainability, we are actively developing a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit with a substantial capacity of 500 MW per year.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise production employees, including assemblers, packers, and equipment operators- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate manufacturing activities- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions- Allocate resources, such as equipment and personnel, to maintain production standards- Estimate manufacturing costs and identify ways to reduce them- Evaluate employees' performance and coach production teams- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards- Monitor production output and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines- Provide training and resources to ensure production teams understand safety protocols- Review and audit production processes to identify strategies for improvement- Make decisions related to production, such as staffing and scheduling decisions- Prepare production reports for senior management- Must have good knowledge of CNC machines operations .
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as production engineering , Mechanical engineering , Business Management along with Technical bachelors degree .- Strong educational background with courses in principles of management, business statistics, cost accounting, organizational behaviour, supply chain management, and production management- Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing facility- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams effectively- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment- Commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility
