We are hiring for GM-Business Development – B2G (Renewable Energy | Utility Market) For the leading global renewable energy companyLocation: Delhi | Full-TimeApply: are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our Business Development efforts in the India Utility Market , with a core focus on B2G (Business-to-Government) engagements in the Renewable Energy sector .This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about clean energy, with deep experience navigating government channels and driving utility-scale renewable projects.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement business development strategies aligned with national energy goals and organizational vision.Market DevelopmentIdentify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities including government tenders, RFPs, and strategic partnerships with PSUs and government bodies.Stakeholder EngagementBuild and nurture strong relationships with central/state government agencies, regulators, and key industry associations.Team ManagementLead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.Proposal & Bid ManagementOversee the preparation and timely submission of competitive bids and proposals for renewable energy initiatives.CollaborationWork cross-functionally with internal teams – including finance, legal, engineering, and project development – to ensure alignment and smooth execution.Market IntelligenceMonitor policy changes, subsidy programs, and emerging trends to guide strategy and ensure a competitive edge.Qualifications & Experience:12–15 years of experience in Business DevelopmentMinimum 5 years in Renewable Energy with direct B2G experienceProven track record in winning large-scale utility projectsStrong grasp of India's renewable energy policies and regulatory landscapeExceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsMBA or equivalent in Business, Energy, or related field (preferred)Why Join Us?Be a part of a mission-driven organization making real contributions toward India's clean energy future.
