Qpi AI is a deep-tech company that works at the intersection of AI and Quantum Computing, developing groundbreaking solutions to tackle some of the most complex challenges across various industries. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and delivering exceptional results to our enterprise clients, driving significant impact. We are now expanding our outreach and looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to drive marketing campaigns and support our sales team. Key Responsibilities 1. Linked In Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize Linked In campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Track and improve KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, and engagement rate . Create and manage content calendars for posts, ads, and targeted campaigns. 2. Outreach Campaigns Support and manage email campaigns, Linked In In Mail campaigns, and other outreach channels. Segment leads, track responses, and optimize outreach for higher conversion. Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and targeting strategies. 3. Sales Collaboration Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Provide campaign performance reports and actionable insights. Assist in preparing sales decks, case studies, and follow-up communication material. Qualifications & Skills First Principles Thinking Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing / outreach / sales enablement (internship or full-time). Strong knowledge of Linked In Campaign Manager and email campaign tools (Hub Spot, Mailchimp, etc.) along with Agentic AI tools for marketing. Good understanding of marketing KPIs and reporting . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interest in AI, Saa S, or deep-tech industries is a big plus.
