It also provides real time pricing of the product across various online stores thereby helping users to compare prices, and save money on their purchases Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on growth hacker who can scale organic growth loops across social (Instagram/You Tube/short-form), content marketing, performance marketing, CRM etc. You’ll build a high-velocity experiment engine to drive compounding user acquisitions, and own the full stack - channel strategy, operations, analytics & scaling. Key Responsibilities Channels & Strategy: Define the organic growth channels, pillars and strategy Viral Social Growth: Spot and hijack trends on Instagram, own content generation with UGC creators & influencers across relevant categories Organic Growth: Experiment with newer growth channels (seo, reddit, youtube etc) Performance Marketing: Support with paid campaign execution on Meta & Google Analytics & Growth: Track & document performance of experiments KPIs: Own the organic funnel - impressions, activations & retention Qualifications 2–5 years of growth marketing experience - either in social media marketing or performance marketing in consumer tech, D2 C, or lifestyle/beauty brands. Proven experience building growth loops at scale Ability to manage the science & art of growth hacking - sharp storytelling skills, strong instincts for viral hooks & channels, experimentation rigor & analytics Love working in a fast-paced, early-stage growth environment
