We’re looking for a driven and creative Junior Marketing Strategist who’s eager to grow in the world of digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, analytical, and excited to learn the ropes of building impactful marketing campaigns that deliver real results. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search channels Manage and optimize content calendars for multiple platforms Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor moves, and audience preferences Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Support SEO/SEM strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Prepare regular reports and performance insights for review Must Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related internships/projects Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital ads, and SEO basics Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Ads, Canva/Adobe Suite, etc.) Excellent communication and writing skills Good-to-have Skills Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Mailchimp, etc.) Basic video editing or motion graphics experience Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results Who Are You?
