About the role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Marketing Strategist / Manager
to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across real estate, retail, entertainment and online business verticals. This role requires a strong balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects and other verticals.
  • Create and manage annual/quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.

2.Campaign Management

  • Oversee digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, SEO, email, WhatsApp).
  • Monitor and optimize
    cost per lead (CPL)
    and ROI.
  • Coordinate with creative, video, and content teams for ad assets.

3.Team Leadership

  • Lead and guide the in-house marketing team (designers, video editors, social media, SEO, ads).
  • Allocate tasks, set deadlines, and ensure on-time campaign execution.
  • Mentor and train team members to improve performance.

4.Brand & Content Development

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across social media, websites, offline, and events.
  • Develop engaging content strategies (blogs, reels, brochures, landing pages).
  • Plan marketing collateral for sales teams and property shows.

5.Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs (leads, CPL, conversions, engagement).
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM) to optimize campaigns.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management.

6.Offline & Event Marketing

  • Plan and promote property launches, site visits, exhibitions, and roadshows.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners.

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in marketing (preferably real estate).
  • Proven track record of
    lead generation campaigns
    in property sales.
  • Strong knowledge of
    digital marketing tools
    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, CRM).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple verticals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) :

  • Cost per Lead (CPL) within set targets.
  • Monthly qualified leads generated.
  • Lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion rates.
  • Social media growth & engagement.
  • ROI on marketing spends.
