We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and products/services.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for SEO success.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategist or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and understanding of basic web development principles.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
