We pride ourselves on creating exceptional ice creams and desserts, made in small batches with the finest ingredients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Website Fulfilment Executive to ensure all online orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage orders received through our website in real-time.
Coordinate with store teams and delivery partners to ensure timely fulfilment.
Verify stock availability for online orders before confirmation.
Communicate with customers for any order clarifications, changes, or delays.
Ensure packaging meets Amadora's quality and presentation standards.
Maintain accurate records of fulfilled and pending orders.
Report daily fulfilment status and highlight any issues to the operations team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, or fulfilment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in English (additional local languages a plus).
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Familiarity with online order management systems is an advantage.
Work Hours:
