Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Chennai. The Field Executive will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, managing and training service professionals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any service-related issues. Daily tasks include conducting field visits, monitoring service quality, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Experience in field operations and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Basic technical knowledge related to service delivery (e.g., plumbing, carpentry)
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
  • Prior experience in home services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Hindi Speaking is a must.
