We pride ourselves on creating exceptional ice creams and desserts, made in small batches with the finest ingredients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Website Fulfilment Executive to ensure all online orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage orders received through our website in real-time.
- Coordinate with store teams and delivery partners to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Verify stock availability for online orders before confirmation.
- Communicate with customers for any order clarifications, changes, or delays.
- Ensure packaging meets Amadora's quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain accurate records of fulfilled and pending orders.
- Report daily fulfilment status and highlight any issues to the operations team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, or fulfilment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English (additional local languages a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
- Familiarity with online order management systems is an advantage.
