Program Executive - Virtual Incubator for Persons / Entrepreneurs with Disabilities

Role Summary

NEDAR Foundation is a Section 8 Not-for-Profit Company, located in South Delhi - seeks a Program Executive to support entrepreneurship and livelihood generation for Persons with Disabilities across the Country through its Virtual Incubator. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building capacity of beneficiaries, mentoring them, and providing enterprise support to ensure sustainable livelihood outcomes.

Some of the Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop business, outsourcing, and supply opportunities.
  • Build capacity in enterprise management, business planning, and Market, Financial linkages & Government schemes.
  • Network with Incubators & Industry Training institutes for Incubation & Accelerator Programs
  • Identify business related Mentors & Mentor entrepreneurs to provide technical and enterprise support.
  • Maintain a repository of livelihood opportunities across urban and rural sectors.
  • Innovate sustainable models for higher value addition in micro enterprises.
  • Oversee program implementation with team including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting
  • Network with corporates, NGOs, and government bodies to mobilize resources and enable market access.
  • Progress monitoring, monthly reports, Documentation, Impact monitoring and documentation, Digital & Social Media campaigns
  • Linkages with other organizations to get Resources for the Entrepreneurs with Disabilitie

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate BBA / BMS (MBA/Engineering preferred) with 35 years relevant experience, preferably around promotion of Entrepreneurship, financial linkage through Government Schemes, market opportunities through engagement with Corporates etc.. All things remaining equal, Persons with Disabilities will be preferred

  • Experience in entrepreneurship, industry associations, or social sector (disability inclusion desirable)
  • Training and Mentoring skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities for Persons with Disabilities
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Excellent networking and digital/IT proficiency.
  • Knowledge of government schemes, banking, and financial linkages for entrepreneurship.
  • Passionate, Resilient, Persuasive and highly motivated to make a difference, strong ownership for the Cause and a Self- Starter
