1.5. Job Description

The role involves assisting in the coordination and execution of research-related activities, documentation, and digitization of election-related data and knowledge resources. The Program Executive will support day-to-day operations including research logistics, scholar/ fellow/ intern coordination, and upkeep of financial and administrative records.\

1.6. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities of the job include:

(i) Assist in Research Development Assist in coordination and facilitation of research projects and studies in the field of democracy and election management,

(ii) Assist in Documentation and Digitization Assist in digitization and archival of election-related data, case studies, reports, and events for developing a digital resource centre.

(iii) Coordination with Researchers Liaise with research scholars, fellows, and interns for smooth execution of assigned tasks and timely submission of reports.

(iv) Content Compilation Assist in gathering, organizing, and formatting research inputs, bibliographies, and references for internal and external publications.

(v) Event & Logistics Support Coordinate logistics for seminars, panel discussions, and workshops related to electoral research and innovation.
