What You’ll Own & ExecuteStrategic Leadership • Develop and implement a complete growth strategy • Define 3–4 content pillars that position us as thought leaders in compliance & cybersecurity • Build a monthly content calendar aligned with business goalsContent Excellence • Produce 12–16 high-quality posts per month (text, carousel, short video) • Write compelling copy for C-level audiences in regulated industries • Ensure all content reflects our premium European brand voiceGrowth & Engagement • Implement targeted outreach in Germany, the Netherlands, and France • Engage with industry influencers and potential clients • Build and nurture a trusted professional communityPerformance & Optimization • Deliver weekly reports with actionable insights • Track key metrics: lead quality, engagement rate, profile visits • Continuously test and refine strategy based on performance data⭐ Our Ideal CandidateMust-Have Qualifications • 3+ years growing B2 B professional service brands on • Portfolio of successful campaigns (preferably in tech, cybersecurity, or compliance) • Exceptional writing skills — ability to simplify complex topics clearly • Strong understanding of European business communication culture • Proficiency in analytics & reporting • Reliable, proactive, and detail-orientedTechnical Skills • Expertise in ’s native tools and algorithms • Skilled in Canva or Figma for carousel creation • Basic video editing (subtitles, short-form cuts) • Familiarity with Sales Navigator????
