The Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring performance goals are met, and contributing directly to client growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Ads - Manage budgets effectively to achieve ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets - Build structured campaigns and run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages - Analyse data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights - Collaborate with design and strategy teams to align campaigns with business goals - Stay updated on platform changes, tools, and performance marketing trends Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing - Proven track record of managing ROI-positive campaigns - Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation - Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy - Experience with SaaS, D2C, or education brands is a plus What We Offer: - Opportunity to work on diverse, high-growth client projects - Exposure to end-to-end strategy, not just campaign execution - Transparent and collaborative work culture - Remote-first setup with flexibility and ownership
