Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executives.. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling trekking, travel packages, developing relationships with customers, handling bookings & payments, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires the ability to work well with different teams and meet sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes.
  • Understand clients' travel preferences and recommend customized itineraries.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service.
  • Maintain regular contact throughout the sales process and post-trip follow-up.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of travel destinations and attractions
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
