This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, high-impact team where you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, automation, forecasting, and operational excellence for one of the most critical growth functions in the company.What You’ll DoEnd-to-End Rev Ops Partnership: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations to design, implement, and continuously improve processes across the entire lead-to-renewal-to delivery journey.Process & Workflow Design: Map existing GTM workflows, identify gaps, and create new processes for sales, marketing, CS, Operations, and support functions—owning them from design to implementation to ongoing performance measurement.Automation & Scripting (SQL Must) : Write scripts, build automations, and integrate tools to eliminate manual tasks, streamline data flow, and improve efficiency across the GTM stack.Forecasting & Revenue Operations: Support forecasting cadences, pipeline health reviews, and renewal workflows—providing data, automation, and process enhancements to improve accuracy and predictability.Cross-Functional Project Management: Collaborate with multiple GTM stakeholders to launch new systems, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Operations teams.Tooling & Tech Stack Execution: Partner with Rev Ops leadership to evaluate, implement, and integrate CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, and analytics tools for end-to-end GTM visibility.Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to leadership.Operational Playbooks & Documentation: Document new processes, handoffs, and operational workflows—creating repeatable playbooks that scale with the business.Lead & Customer Lifecycle Optimization: Partner with Marketing, CS and Sales to streamline lead and customer journey workflows—removing friction and improving handoff between pre-sales and post-sales teams.AI-First Mindset: Leverage AI tools for automation, forecasting, and reporting to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency in Rev Ops execution.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 1–3 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales/Marketing/CS Operations with hands-on experience in process building, automation, and analytics.Note: This role is not suitable for candidates with more than 5 years of experienceBuilder’s Mindset: Thrive in a zero-to-one environment—comfortable with ambiguity, problem-solving, and building scalable processes.Hands-On Executioner: Capable of scripting simple automations, managing dashboards, and implementing processes independently.Collaborative Partner: Able to align multiple GTM functions, coordinate projects, and balance priorities across teams.Data-Driven Thinker: Thrive with data first mindset and build forecasting, process optimization and performance analysis.Metrics-Focused: Comfortable owning KPIs tied to process efficiency, pipeline accuracy, and revenue impact.Tech & AI Savvy: Familiar with AI tools, CRM, CS tools, marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, and AI-based workflow automation tools.Why should we connect?We are a bunch of passionate cybersecurity professionals who are building a culture of security.
