Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location : Chennai

Exp: 10-12 years

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst for Execution Services, s/he will be responsible for formulating and defining the systems scope and objectives based on both business user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational and/or industry requirements. S/he will develop scope specifications, business requirements and functional specifications. S/he will also be involved in testing, training, and data maintenance, often leading these efforts.

Qualifications:


• 10+ years of BA experience in IT projects with total IT experience of 10 to 12 years is required. Must have worked in Financial Sector / Investment Banking projects. MBA or equivalent academic qualification would be beneficial.
• S/he must have an understanding of Bank's Balance sheet items, Regulatory, Compliance & Risk Management domain areas.
• Assisting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring the team understands the backlog items.
• Collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborates with the Product Owner to create user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable for the development team
• Coordinating with technology teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Leveraging JIRA to manage change requests, workflows, schedule changes, and generate reports
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records
• Tracking project progress against the plan, managing changes, and ensuring project goals are met
