Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive the analysis and documentation of business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead a team of analysts to deliver impactful solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical and functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and needs.
  • Analyze, define, and document business and system requirements clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior business analysts, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between business teams and technical teams.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test plans, test cases, and coordinating execution.
  • Assist in change management and training activities related to new systems or processes.
  • Continuously improve business analysis methodologies and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
