Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Kolkata. The Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, field service, and providing technical support for various automation systems. Additional tasks include conducting maintenance and repairs, ensuring the optimal performance of installed systems, and effective communication with clients to understand and resolve their needs.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
  • Experience in Field Service and Technical Support
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the automation industry and VFD & PLC knowlegde is a plus
