Job Title: Service Engineer / Sales Engineer

Location: Kolkata

Experience Required: 2–3 years (minimum) in service/maintenance of medical equipment. Preference for candidates with experience in laparoscopy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laparoscopy equipment and related medical devices.
  • Provide timely service support to hospitals/clinics and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
  • Coordinate with the technical team and vendors for spare parts replacement and technical upgrades.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.
  • Train end-users (hospital staff/doctors) on basic equipment handling.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in medical device servicing, especially in laparoscopy/endoscopy systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for service support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
