Job Responsibilities :

Auditing and monitoring the rate daily, monthly, and weeklyMaximizing the business opportunity for revenue and profitsManaging rooms and inventory functionality to increase revenueResponsible for building rates, promotion, and package strategy information in the PMSCoordinating with the Listing Manager for business listings, hygiene & daily improvisationsControlling the disparity among all OTA channelsCoordinating with various internal departments for requirement-gatheringFormulate a plan to improve individual hostel performance and implement the changes in relevant systemsPrepare to report on daily/ weekly occupancy and Average rateData analysis reporting (Room Type, Gender-based, Place of origin/destination-based, age group base, loyal customer base, etc.)Work closely on customized reports weekly with the Revenue ManagerComplete and analyze month-end / quarter-end and year-end reportsGenerating accurate and time-based analysis of reservations through reportsCoordinating with the Revenue Manager regularly to understand revenue behavior at various hostelsGain knowledge of all existing and newly listed hostels in the chainReporting guest data every month to help the sales team draw monthly/quarterly targets

Qualification

Minimum education: Graduated or similar degree.Good accounting skillsHigh attention to detailPreferred prior experience in the travel or hospitality industryExcellent sales & analytical skillsKnowledge of Online Travel Agents (OTAs)Knowledge of Property Management System (PMS)
