Job role: Revenue Executive
Duration: Full time
Location: Mumbai HQ
Experience: 0-12 months
Job Responsibilities :
- Auditing and monitoring the rate daily, monthly, and weekly
- Maximizing the business opportunity for revenue and profits
- Managing rooms and inventory functionality to increase revenue
- Responsible for building rates, promotion, and package strategy information in the PMS
- Coordinating with the Listing Manager for business listings, hygiene & daily improvisations
- Controlling the disparity among all OTA channels
- Coordinating with various internal departments for requirement-gathering
- Formulate a plan to improve individual hostel performance and implement the changes in relevant systems
- Prepare to report on daily/ weekly occupancy and Average rate
- Data analysis reporting (Room Type, Gender-based, Place of origin/destination-based, age group base, loyal customer base, etc.)
- Work closely on customized reports weekly with the Revenue Manager
- Complete and analyze month-end / quarter-end and year-end reports
- Generating accurate and time-based analysis of reservations through reports
- Coordinating with the Revenue Manager regularly to understand revenue behavior at various hostels
- Gain knowledge of all existing and newly listed hostels in the chain
- Reporting guest data every month to help the sales team draw monthly/quarterly targets
Qualification
- Minimum education: Graduated or similar degree.
- Good accounting skills
- High attention to detail
- Preferred prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent sales & analytical skills
- Knowledge of Online Travel Agents (OTAs)
- Knowledge of Property Management System (PMS)
