You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT (Tech, Product, Data, etc.) roles.- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.- Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.- 1–6 years of hands-on experience in IT hiring.- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to handle multiple roles with attention to detail.What We Offer- 5-day on-site working (Monday to Friday).- Dynamic and growth-oriented environment.- Exposure to diverse business functions and modern recruitment practices.
