You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for IT (Tech, Product, Data, etc.) roles.Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR or related field.1–6 years of hands-on experience in IT hiring.Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple roles with attention to detail.
