General Description


In this role, you'll be the backbone of the PR department, providing vital support to PR professionals in developing and executing strategic communication campaigns. You'll wear many hats, from crafting compelling content to managing media relations and keeping track of important deadlines. At THRS, we work with iconic luxury hotel brands and seek people to join our Communications Team . Someone who loves communication and keeping things running smoothly is detail-oriented and organized.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assist with writing press releases, social media posts, and other communication materials
  • Media Relations: Research and identify media contacts, draft pitch letters, and monitor media coverage
  • Event Support: Help plan and execute PR events, from coordinating logistics to managing attendee lists
  • Project Management: Track project deadlines, manage databases, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research to support PR initiatives and prepare reports on campaign performance
  • Monitoring and Measurement: Track brand mentions and sentiment online, and help measure the success of PR campaigns
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage PR team calendars, prepare presentations, and perform other administrative duties


Position Requisites:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in social media and content management tools
  • A basic understanding of PR principles
  • At least 1-year experience of working with lifestyle or hospitality brands
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
