We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Support Officer to join our
dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless
support and a delightful experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently, ensuring timely
resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM and e-commerce platforms like
Unicommerce, Prozo, and others.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer issues and streamline
workflows.
• Identify recurring challenges and suggest improvements to processes and tools.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer
satisfaction.
• Handle escalations with calm, professionalism, and a focus on resolution.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and e-commerce software (e.g., Unicommerce,
Prozo).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
