Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in vendor management, staffing, or recruitment, with a focus on USA IT staffing preferred.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Proficiency in vendor management tools and recruitment software.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.


Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors.

• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

• Negotiate contract terms, rates, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.

• Identify and onboard new staffing vendors as needed.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor escalations and issue resolution.

• Implement corrective actions and process improvements to optimize vendor performance.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to USA staffing and recruitment.

• Mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, including contract disputes, compliance issues, and data security concerns.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in staffing and recruitment.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Legal, Finance, and Hiring Managers, to align staffing and recruitment strategies with business objectives.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on vendor performance, recruitment activities, and staffing metrics.

• Partner with Tag Leaders for new initiatives such as Employer Branding, DE&I, Referral etc.
