We are hiring for an AVP – FI Credit position on behalf of a wellestablished digital finance company. This role is based in Chennai Bangalore or Mumbai and offers a unique opportunity to work with financial institutions and contribute to innovative financial solutions in the credit space.

Position Title : AVP – FI Credit
Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Mumbai
Team : FI – Credit
Reports to : Vice President

Job Objective :
The AVP – FI Credit will perform quarterly financial operational and portfolio reviews of various partners prepare credit notes and provide recommendations to assist in taking further credit exposure. You will also be responsible for developing sector expertise and assessing groundlevel credit risks through client visits.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct detailed quarterly financial operational and portfolio reviews of partners and provide credit recommendations.

Develop indepth understanding of sectors by assessing credit regulatory and macroeconomic risks.

Liaise between the business and internal teams to ensure timely execution of transactions.

Visit clients to assess operational risks and identify early warning signals.

Stay updated on policy regulatory changes and sector developments.

Qualifications & Experience :

CA (preferably 1st attempt) or MBA from a tier I or II BSchool.

1113 years of relevant experience in the financial sector preferably in banking nonbanking finance or credit rating agencies.

Skills Required :

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

Ability to multitask and deliver both quantitative and qualitative results under tight deadlines.
