We are hands down the best-rated coffee company across all regions we are serving in Mumbai and now moving into a growth stage after incredible initial traction.Our Mission: Democratize specialty coffee in India by making it accessible and affordable for most of India and spreading awareness about coffee in India.Our Vision: Specialty coffee for all Be the neighborhood coffee place in all corners of the country which encourages community development and inspires people to be the change they want to see in the world.About the Job:-Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the procurement function for AbCoffee Bangalore, ensuring timely and cost- effective acquisition of goods and services.• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers.• Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, securing the best possible terms for AbCoffee.• Oversee supplier relationships, building strong partnerships and ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.• Manage inventory control for Bangalore operations, minimizing stock outs and optimizing inventory levels.• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities throughout the supply chain.• Monitor market trends and identify potential risks in the supply chain, developing mitigation strategies.• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and quality assurance teams.• Prepare and manage procurement budgets.• Generate reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally within the QSR industry.• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Proficient in MS Office Suite and procurement software (e.g., SAP) a plus.
