Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and developing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable loan products. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with financial institutions, ensuring timely loan approvals, and providing ongoing support to clients throughout the loan application process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the financial or real estate sector
- Strong understanding of home loans, loan against property, and the lending process
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
