Job Description
Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances.
To work closely with HRBP and employees to improve relationships, build highly motivated & engaged workforce, increase productivity & retaining talents.
Responsible for seamless execution of onboarding and offboarding process flow.
Provide MIS support for HR trend analytics.
Drive engagement initiatives for the region.
Partner with HRBP to drive talent management initiatives.
Support the L&D team for training accomplishments.
Responsible in conducting regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
Responsible for statutory compliance.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role
Must be a Post graduate sprecialised in the field of Human Resource
Should posses good analytical and communication skills
To be familiar with statutory compliance regulations
