We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead our gin manufacturing company to new heights. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, from production and distribution to marketing and sales. ALCOHOL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a clear business strategy in line with the company's long-term goals. Drive growth and profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Production Management: Oversee the entire gin production process, including sourcing raw materials, distillation, blending, and bottling. Ensure efficient production and quality control.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote our brand and expand market share. Identify new market opportunities and distribution channels.
  • Financial Management: Manage the budget, control costs, and maximize revenue. Analyze financial data to make informed decisions and optimize profitability.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, including production staff, sales and marketing teams, and administrative personnel. Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the company complies with all relevant industry regulations, including alcohol licensing, health and safety standards, and quality control requirements.
  • Quality Assurance : Maintain the highest standards of product quality and consistency. Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supplier and Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and distributors. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure the best value and service.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to adapt strategies and product offerings accordingly.
  • Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers. Gather feedback and use it to enhance product offerings and customer experience.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 12 - 15 years of senior management experience in the alcohol industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of gin production and the spirits industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the alcohol industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer trends.
  • Passion for gin and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and quality.
