About the Role:

Hallmark is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven
US Non-IT Recruiter
to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for diverse non-IT roles across various domains, including but not limited to industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate experience, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Negotiate job offers and support onboarding activities including documentation, reference checks, and background verification.
  • Keep ATS and recruitment reports updated and accurate.
  • Stay current with labor market trends and adapt hiring strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
  • Strong domain knowledge in recruiting for Light Industrial, Telecom, Engineering, Automobile, and Manufacturing roles.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Understanding of US hiring laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptive to shifting priorities and fast-paced work environments.
