**Responsibilities**:

- Successful track-record as a Recruiter recruiting in US Staffing
- Well versed with various visas and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Usage of all portals like Portals -Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing & resume.
- Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ hr aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with Those authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are encouraged to applies, GC, EAD. etc.
- Experienced working with direct clients.
- Strong hands on experienced with US Non IT Recruitments.

**Work Experience**: 1 - 5 years.

**NP**: Immediate - 7 days.

**Work location **:LB Nagar, Hyderabad & its onsite job opportunity

**Shift Timings **:7 PM to 4 AM.

**One sided drop will be provided to female Employees.**
