This is a full-time on-site role based out of our office in Viman Nagar, Pune, India.

We’re looking for an innovative Partner Marketing Manager for our flagship product Scalefusion, which is a leading mobile device and endpoint management solution helping businesses globally secure and manage their corporate-owned and BYO (Bring Your Own) devices. With 8000+ customers across 120+ countries, from startups to global enterprises, trust Scalefusion.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be required to own the marketing relationship with our partners to drive customer acquisition. You will play a key role in building and scaling our partner community across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the content team on content marketing and blog initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Review and approve marketing content, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and message.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Manage marketing campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and sales.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Generate innovative ideas to promote the company's products.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Primary Skills:
- Experience in marketing management, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Outbound/Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and ABM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated, self-starter.
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with many changeable demands and priorities, requiring scheduling flexibility, an upbeat demeanor, and a “can do” attitude
