Marketing Manager

Overview: The Marketing Manager for Push Sports will be responsible for the strategic planning, hands-on execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving business growth. This role requires a dynamic and innovative professional capable of managing both digital and offline marketing efforts, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the effective allocation of marketing resources. We are looking for someone who is willing to be on the ground to understand incisive consumer insights and sharpen our marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute marketing plans across digital and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Marketing Program Development: Ideate, plan, and execute impactful marketing programs. This includes, but is not limited to, activities across paid media, content marketing, partnerships, and proprietary events. Base campaigns and ideas on specific insights drawn from strong consumer understanding developed through study of personal or digital interactions/surveys/ user-flows
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Central and on-location Sales team, to understand their objectives and create marketing programs that support their efforts to engage key targets.
- Agency Collaboration: Manage and collaborate with agency partners to develop and oversee marketing initiatives in PR, content creation, social media, and design.
- Growth & Channel Expansion: Collaborate with agency partners to assess lead generation impact through performance marketing and CRM/retention channels Identify and develop new distribution channels to scale and amplify marketing efforts.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain reporting and dashboarding for all marketing channels. Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals. Previous experience with looker studio or other analytical tools will be helpful.
- Operational Management: Oversee the management of all purchase orders (POs), statements of work (SOWs), budget tracking, and related administrative tasks to ensure seamless and efficient operational execution
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong passion for sports and athletics will be a great plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
