Sales Manager

Lead and mentor a team of DSAs to achieve sales targets for home loans and LAP.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve business objectives.Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the customer base and market presence.Conduct regular training sessions for DSAs to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.Analyze market trends competition and customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers DSAs and other external partners.Prepare and present sales performance reports to the management team on a regular basis.Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to drive conversions and achieve revenue targets.Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the company
s loan products.Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.Lead by example in demonstrating ethical and customercentric sales practices.Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Stay updated with industry developments best practices and emerging opportunities to drive continuous improvement.Required qualifications
Bachelor
s degree in Business Finance Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development with a focus on home loans and LAP.Demonstrated success in leading and managing a highperforming sales team in the financial services industry.Indepth understanding of loan products mortgage processes and regulatory requirements.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales performance data and market insights.Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.Familiarity with CRM systems MS Office and sales productivity tools.Certifications in sales management or financial services will be an advantage.Thorough knowledge of industry best practices compliance and ethical standards.Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed.Leadership and decisionmaking capabilities to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.A customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building longterm loyalty.leadership,sales,financial analysis,team management,loan
