Position - Content Creator Experience required - 0-6 Years Location - Remote Job Type - Full Time Budget - 6- 12 LPA (Based on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Content Creator with 0-6 years of experience in digital content production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and drives audience growth across social media, digital platforms, and learning channels. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms. - Create visually appealing and engaging video, image, and written content to promote our courses and brand. - Collaborate with marketing, design, and academic teams to conceptualize campaigns and storytelling ideas. - Manage and optimize content performance using analytics and insights. - Stay updated with digital trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices. - Maintain brand tone, style, and voice consistency across all content. - Plan content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management. - Proven experience in video scripting, short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), and storytelling. - Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools. - Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving brand needs. Preferred Skills - Experience in the education or ed-tech industry. - Knowledge of SEO and content optimization. - Basic understanding of paid ad content and influencer collaboration.
