**We're seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Content Creator, Editor & Shoot Pro to join our growing team.** You'll be the mastermind behind Radha Marketing's social media presence, from brainstorming brilliant content ideas to editing stunning photos and videos that showcase our brand perfectly.

**Here's what you'll conquer**:

- **Conceptualize and create engaging social media content for platforms like [List relevant platforms your company uses, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter]**:

- **Develop a strong and consistent brand voice and visual style that resonates with Radha Marketing's target audience**:

- **Plan and execute high-quality photo and video shoots (or collaborate with external vendors for shoots)**:

- **Masterfully edit photos and videos using industry-standard software like [Software for video editing] and [Software for photo editing]**:

- **Schedule and publish social media posts to maximize reach and engagement**:

- **Track social media analytics and decipher engagement metrics to inform future strategies**:

- **Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest social media trends and best practices**

**To thrive in this role, you'll possess**:

- **Solid experience crafting compelling social media content that drives engagement**:

- **In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their ever-evolving algorithms**:
