**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and produce high-quality content including memes, reels, posts, and other multimedia content tailored to our brand's voice and audience.
- **Content Writing**:Craft clear, engaging, and persuasive written content for various platforms in Hindi.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, viral content, and industry developments to ensure our content is always relevant and engaging.
- **Social Media Management**: Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute content strategies across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and more.
- **Engagement**: Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with user-generated content.
- **Analytics**: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box and generate unique and engaging content ideas.
- **Content Writing**: Exceptional writing skills to craft engaging, clear, and persuasive content.
- **Content Creation**: Proficiency in creating various types of content including memes, reels, posts, videos, and more.
- **Trend Awareness**: Keen understanding of current trends, memes, and viral content.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly adapt to new trends and changes in the social media landscape.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a digital marketing or social media team.
- A portfolio showcasing your content creation skills and previous work.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
