Job Description:
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding market share within the IT staffing sector in India.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and cultivating strong relationships with clients to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Position Overview:

Skills and Qualifications:
- degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).- successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry- track record of success in business development, preferably in the information technology staffing industry.- have an existing network of prospective clients to close the deals quickly.- to build direct relations with Hiring Managers / Engagement Managers / Decision Makers- working with Direct Clients / Implementation Partners / MSPs- and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.- and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.- knowledge of the IT industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.- with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient staffing process, from candidate sourcing to placement.- working as a Delivery Manager to manage recruiting efforts is highly preferred.- track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations- presentation and closing skills.- of MS Office tools
