What Youll Own

Supply Availability & Performance

  • Ensure supply matches PDAU needs
  • Track: Active Hosts %, Call Pick-up Rate, Talk Time, Retention

Strategy & Execution

  • Plan (40%) and run (60%) experiments to improve supply-side metrics.
  • Build frameworks for quality checks and auditing.

You're a Fit If You Have

  • 1+ year in consulting,strategy/business ops, founders office or revenue strategy role
  • Strong data skills — from retrieval to insight
  • Team handling experience with KPI ownership
  • Engineering or MBA from a top-tier college

Good to Have

  • Startup experience
  • MBA from a reputed institute
