Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and by using tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator. Make Outbound calls and Send emails to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales. Collaborate with the operations team to identify gap areas and customer propose suitable solutions. Support in preparing sales presentations, and proposals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads. Work closely with the sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and business updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Preferred candidates from International Call Center handling ITES / Digital Marketing Outbound Sales 1 to 3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Preferred industry: International KPO/ BPO
