Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager - Business Development

Job Location - Andheri, west - Mumbai

Overview:

BRANDit is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our footprint within the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, relationship management, and strategic partnership-building within the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create actionable plans to penetrate these segments effectively.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients, including tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and travel agencies.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and maximizing their engagement with our services.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, from initial outreach to contract negotiations and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to potential clients’ needs.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and consistently update management on sales forecasts and progress.

Brand Representation

  • Serve as an ambassador for BRANDit, representing our offerings and expertise at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure all communications with clients reflect BRANDit's values and enhance our reputation within the industry.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct regular industry and market research to stay updated on travel and tourism trends, competitive offerings, and potential areas for growth.
  • Use data insights to refine business development strategies and support decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and client servicing, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Collaborate on campaigns and initiatives to maximize client engagement and brand visibility.
