Black Unicorn Digital Solutions, a leading performance marketing agency, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Our unique sales process leverages cutting-edge ads to generate high-quality meetings, and we need skilled professionals to convert these prospects into valuable clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and persuasive meetings with potential clients, converting them through a deep understanding of their needs and how our services can drive their growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Understand and communicate our service offerings, including ad creative development, media buying and management, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in performance marketing, specifically on Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in performance marketing and managing ads on Meta and Google is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, with a focus on closing high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex marketing strategies and services to potential clients.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
