It is fast paced growing scale up company having offices in Malaysia, Singapore, India, Vietnam, and UAE.Work Location:  preferably in any Aventra office/ if unable to source out in AG offices, then open for full-time remote work.Experience:  5–8 Years.Employment Type:  Freelance / Contract.Duration:  6 Months (extendable).Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant  specializing in  Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) ,  Recruiting Management (RCM) , and  Employee Central (EC) . The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for global client, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and integration across modules.Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Project Delivery·      Lead and deliver full-cycle implementations of  SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 , including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.·      Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.·      Integrate  ONB 2.0  with  RCM  and  EC , ensuring data consistency and process alignment.·      Design and configure custom onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules.·      Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC modules.·      Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge
